This is an excerpt from a report on the release of Allen's film, "Matchpoint". For the 25 minute interview, the assignment editor sent a list of over 100 questions ranging from "Matchpoint" to his problems with Mia Farrow to his thoughts on death (for his obituary reel.) In my ten years of working with German networks, I must have fielded dozens of requests for interviews with Woody Allen - most of them outlandish and none of them granted. It was thrilling to have the chance to talk with him at last. For Zap Magazine, I wrote up the experience in an article - click here to read - "Woody and Me".
